Norman and I are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We always enjoyed being in his presence at family gatherings.

It is a sad day indeed to see this notice. My heartfelt prayers of sympathy to all his family and friends who are missing him. I had the honor, priviledge, and pleasure of working with Bill at the Dept. of Energy. He was a fountain of knowledge and very supportive. His daily positive outlook was an inspiration to me. I think of him from time to time, and will remember him always as kind and thoughtful of others.
