Papa is a hero in every sense of the word. Defended his country. Pinched hit for absent fathers. Took care of widows and orphans. All the while, staying humble. With his eyes on Christ he never said "Follow me", but rather, "Look to where I'm looking".

Such a dear wonderful friend, many years of genealogy fun! He was so willing to help many in our group searching genealogy online. He was always supportive in our sons military Marine Corps service announcements. I appreciated his service to our country! RIP, you are promoted to guarding Heavens gates, I promise to meet you there some day. Prayers to you Natalie and your family.
