I am his nephew Jim in California. I enjoyed Uncle Bill's company when he would come to visit with the family as I was growing up in NY and later when we moved to California. He was full of life, had a sharp wit, and was very intelligent. He and his brother, (my father Jim, who passed away in 1996,) were close.
