Gigi and I were saddened to learn of General Ginn's death. I was an instructor at Squadron Officers School while (then) Colonel Ginn was Commandant. He was a terrific officer, the very best kind of role model; kind of what we all aspired to be. Dear Mrs. Ginn:

J.J. Smith, one of Bill's and my MBA classamates, alerted me to the sad news of Bill's passing. I was surprised because I thought Bill was one of those lean, wiry types who would go on forever and, at last contact, was in robust health. I always enjoyed Bill, and I was delighted to give him a hand when he was a candidate for a CPA. A most remarkable person all around, and I am deeply sorry for your family's loss.
