Bill was a fantastic man, I was a Dispatcher at Sutter County Sheriff´s Department, and enjoyed him and his wife Debbie, he was a fantastic guy, fun and had so many friends he was the best man he would help anyone that needed. I missed him when he when to Idaho, but he got to fish and hunt what a great man. Miss you Bill RIP

I had the privilege of working with Bill at the Sutter County Sheriff´s Department. He was a diligent law enforcement officer and just a really good man. My heartfelt condolences go out to Debbie. May your happy memories sustain you through this time of grief.

Billy was my rock and best friend in life. Even as a young person he treated me with love and kindness always the protector and teacher. In our youth he taught me to fish, hunt and respect the outdoors with a passion unrivaled.
