Judge Hatten has been on my mind this past week. We lost another District Judge the past week, Richard L. Abrams. It brought to mind Judge Hatten, a friend of my Schill family, whom I served with on Charter Bank Board many years ago. I also served on a jury in his court. He was a pillar of the community particularly on the North Side. A wonderful man.
