So many wonderful things to say. Uncle Bill was my God Father and I would kiss his hand and say "Hello God Father", he would always smile. My husband Tony and I would sit there and listen to his stories for hours like to kids sitting in the library for story day. I sure enjoyed visiting with Bill when I got the chance. I am very sorry to hear he is gone. I also enjoyed reading about his life in the writings he did which my mother had, and using his family research to do some myself. I just read the obit to mom and showed her the pictures. So sorry for your loss. He was loved by many and will be in our hearts forever. Had the privilege of meeting him at a reunion in Nebraska years ago.

Wish I could be there for the memorial service, but I did see him this summer. What a treasured memory for me.
I loved my big brother dearly and he loved me as only an older brother could! That kind of love lasts through eternity. I will cherish my memories of him and our many times together until the day I see him again "in the sweet bye and bye".
