Not sure what to say?

I knew Bill as a member of the Men's Club. He was always a friendly member.

Jerry and Rita Ratchford

Mr. Hile was an exceptional and passionate businessman. What a blessing he was to my mom, to me, and our family. Not only did he offer employment, but he also gave encouragement and support. Mrs. Hile, Kirk, and Diane, our family is grateful for knowing you all. Our thoughts are with each of you through this loss. Kind regards, Tonda (James A. Furr & the late Hilda B. Furr)

He was one of my best friends and associates. The of the best representatives I had. You could always trust Bill and I learned so much from him on how to be a good sales person. W.K. Hile Company was the 2nd representative for me when Weston & Stack went into business and I worked with them for 30 years, that's a great company to have representing your company. My thoughts are with his wonderful family.

Bill Rhodes

My sympathy to Mary Lou, Diane and Kirk. Bill was a great friend and my mentor. Bill got us into the computer business, trained my son, Chris and graciously shared his programs with us. Bill was a very creative person and I shall be forever grateful for all I learned from him.

Bill was a great mentor to myself. He was a pioneer in the rep business. I will never forget the Hile meetings and Bill's knowledge that was shared at these meetings.

Bill Hile was a good friend to Acromag and our late founder Henry Patton. Henry worked with Bill to set up an early computer system for lead tracking. It was a source of pride for both. I met Bill years ago on my first sales trip to Hile. He had a two page list of accounts we were to visit in one day. I could not keep up with him then. He had a lot of energy. Speaking for all the friends at Acromag, Bill will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers to the Bill's family and friends.

Bill Hile was a close friend and one of the most admirable men I have known--friendly, warm, loyal, honest and truthful--all the right qualities. He was a mentor and role model to many young people. His memory and legend lives on with them and me. My sympathy to Mary Lou, Diane, and Kirk, who Bill loved.

We continue to keep each of you in our thoughts and prayers as you celebrate a life well-lived. Mr. Hile was a great businessman who continued to impress me with his self-taught abilities, his compassion for each employee and his vision for the company that he began. He leaves behind a great legacy that I know you are extremely proud of. We will miss him dearly.

Bill Hile was a great inspiration for me
professionally as well as personally. I first met Bill when I worked as a caddy at Carmen Country Club, unlike a lot of members then, he treated me with respect and consideration, who knew I would be working for him 14 years later. He gave me a fantastic opportunity, and I will always think of Bill as the one who gave me a chance and I will never forget. Thanks , Bill. Best regards to the family and friends.
