The McNeir Family respectfully offer their condolences to the family of William J Hill, particularly his sons and his grandchildren. From 1970, and until his death, Bill remained a member of Our branch of the extended Hill-McNeir family; joining in sailing regattas; our families high-holiday parties; sending years of "wish you were here" post cards (to our parents) from his various duty stations, and always regaling us with fascinating, detailed, and (true to his character;) hilarious...
