Bill was a wonderful, capable, talented one of a kind person. We enjoyed all of our encounters with him and always admired his enthusiasm and zest for life. He will be missed!

My thoughts and prayers are with Ramona and her family. Bill was a most unique person. His background made him a valuable member of the Montana Historical Society Board. He had a keen understanding of the steps we would have to climb to be successful managing the state-owned assets in Virginia City and Nevada City.
