Not sure what to say?

I was reading some of my family genealogy of the Peyronnet family and discovered we are distantly related. God bless his family and friends.

I have always counted myself fortunate to have known Dave, a person of such great intelligence, humor, generosity and warmth. I have and always will feel lucky to have been your friend. We will all miss you, but never forget you.

David,
We will miss your laugh and lust for life. The wonderful years we all had in Houston. Together laughing, cooking, movies, music, talking about life. What fun we all had. We will miss you so. To Jake and Dave's parents, please know he was loved dearly, and our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow.

Dear Dr. Jarvis.
I'm sorry for your loss.
I only knew David for a short time but I can tell you he did not pass alone. David and I had very long and interesting talks about our creator.I know he was searching for more and I can tell you he found it. I prayed for him often and I know he loved you. May God continue to smile upon you

Dear Dr. and Mrs. Jarvis,

Both my wife and I were saddened to hear of Dave's
passing. We had lost contact with him over the years, as we both moved to different places. But in the time we knew him, he was a good friend and we always enjoyed his tremendous wit and blinding humor.

Thanks for being a good friend. You'll be missed here in Radford too.

Dave:

I will miss speaking with you about the lab in which we first met, our joint work, and even Bugs Bunny. You were the best scientific writer I have even known. Thanks for being there as a dedicated colleague and supportive friend. I will cherish your memory.

Good-bye old friend!

Dear Dr. & Mrs. Jarvis,
We are so sorry about Dave's death. By reading his obituary, it is obvious that he accomplished a great deal during his life on earth and that you are very proud of him. We can barely imagine the pain you feel at his passing. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and that life is indeed eternal.
