WILLIAM JOHNS Obituary
Born in Philipsburg, William is the son of the late Elizabeth (Saupp) and Billy Johns of the Indian Creek section of Levittown. He had attended the former Woodrow Wilson High School and took classes at community college.
William served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was a member of Queen of the Universe Parish, Levittown.
William had worked at the Naval Air Warfare Center in Warminster, Naval Center in Trenton, N.J., and retired from the Federal Drug Adminstration in Philadelphia.
William is survived by his uncle, Frank Saupp of Upper Black Eddy.
He is predeceased by his uncles, George James Johns, Robert Johns and Thomas Saupp of Central, Clearfield and Centre counties.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, June 21, 2021, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 S. Bellevue Ave., Penndel, where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.
Interment will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence Cemetery, Houtzdale.
