Dear Philip, Paula and Toni:
My deepest sympathy goes to all of you and your families at this sad time of loss. Bill was a wonderful, kind and an intelligent person. I found Bill to be caring and supportive of me both as a person and a professional. I had great respect for him and will miss him. My prayers are with you all at this sad time.
