There will never be another! I have worked with Bill placing my order at Ideal Office Source for the past 12 years. I would have a smile on my face everytime I called and heard his voice on the other end, a lot of times I would share with him that I was glad he answered the phone :)not taking away from others, but Bill "knew his stuff". Great customer service is an understatement. When I got the news today I shared with several co-workers that I think Bill new every supplier in the United States :) nothing was a hard to find item for Bill. To the family, may your memories of Bill help ease your sorrow. He will definitely be missed.
