I've had the pleasure of knowing Billy for the last 15 years through our business relationship. Billy and I spent a lot of hours on the phone over the years talking cars, motorcycles and guns and how much he tortured Patricia at work. I had learned of Billy's declining health a few years ago and called him every couple months and would ask if I could help he or his sisters out in anyway and that I would be more than glad to take care of the heavy work around the house since he was no longer...
