Not sure what to say?

To the Marqus family.

Today I was sorry to hear the news of Bill's passing. I worked with him for a short time in Waltham and really enjoyed his company. He was always good for a story, some advice, and was a big part of us just having a laugh, especially at the company golf outing.

My sympathies to all the family and to his many friends.

Respectfully,
Mike

My sincere condolences to the whole extended Marqus family. My brother, Gilbert Scott, was one of the four boys from Waltham who enlisted on the same day. Gilbert also joined the Air Force. I remember Bill from Bicycle Park and the south side. What a great guy! Always a pleasure to talk with. I went to school with Nancy, and worked with Rocky. After I was older, Bill's mother was my "across the fence" neighbor. A terrific family! So sorry for your loss.

Sorry to have read of his passing. He always managed to talk to me when we used to go that chateau restaurant. Bills mom Doris was a cousin of mine. The grandmother was a first cousin to my mother Julia Mangini.

From the first day I met Bill at Foster-Miller (QinetiQ) it was a continuous back and forth friendly (and loud) sometimes Not Suitable For Work banter between us. We played many rounds of golf together in the company league at Sandy Burr Country Club, and he graciously brought me to his "home" course Patriot at Hanscom AFB several times.
He is a sincere, honest guy, and straight shooter.....pretty unusual for an Air force guy! (I always gave him grief about the Air force)!!

Bill was a good man with a very big heart. He will certainly be missed.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire Marqus family.

Rosemary and family so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We go back many years as friends Bill was a great guy. My thoughts and prayers to you and the family...Rest in peace Bill you were a great guy.

Billy was a such a good guy, he would always ask me about sports and my dad Kevin at Conway golf, always busting chops, but always with a smile....he will be missed. I texted several other Waltham friends/class of 1991 regarding his passing, and received several responses saying how much they enjoyed playing baseball for coach Marqus. He will be missed....

Dear Rosemarie and all the Marqus Family, Please know that you all will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days to come. Bill will be with you in spirit, coaching you on through life - just listen with the ears of your hearts. God grant you peace and comfort now and always. Ann (LeBlanc) Witham

To the Marqus Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. May the soul of Billy rest in peace.
