I remember Willie and his red Firebird ! Graduated 1970

Not a day goes by that I don't think of you Bill. Always on my mind, forever in my heart. Give Sis a huge hug and kiss for me. I always loved you both!! Linda Stivers-Mattern-Dadey

Bill... I will think of you for the rest of my life. I never stopped thinking about you and Sis (I called her,) all these years as I told you on the phone. We had talked other times when all our kids were younger. You were my brother-in-law and I loved you and my sister-in-law from the day I met you both when I married your brother Robert Mattern (we all called him Bobby,) your dad called him Bob. I know you had a few choice names you called each other your selves growing up and as adults...

I have found memories of our childhood years, Bobby and Billy picking on me and me falling down the stairs. RIP Billy!

There are no words for this man except he was truly one of a kind. I was fortunate to get to know Bill at work and surprised when I found out he was part of my daughter in law's family.
He will be truly missed by everyone who knew him. God be with your family and you Bill.
Love Penny

Sorry for your loss. Bill was a great guy and a friend. I will miss my weekly phone calls with him. But I know he is in no more pain.

God Bless
