I've known billy for 13 years he was a great man he was the person to talk too and listen and he did not judge but instead gave an opinion and helped any way he could I'll miss him very much our family will pray for you and yours bye billy

I have known Billy through PDQ for many years and have enjoyed working with him. He was a great west side guy and will be missed. My prayers are with his family.
