William "Billy" II. Passed on away on Friday, Feb. 7th, 2014 at the age of 44. Visitation will be Saturday, Feb. 15th from 11am until 1pm at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Rd. 451-8800. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, Feb. 17th at St. Teresa of Avila Church at 1:30pm. More info at www.radelfuneral.com

I've known billy for 13 years he was a great man he was the person to talk too and listen and he did not judge but instead gave an opinion and helped any way he could I'll miss him very much our family will pray for you and yours bye billy

I have known Billy through PDQ for many years and have enjoyed working with him. He was a great west side guy and will be missed. My prayers are with his family.
