Not sure what to say?

Bill was such a wonderful person. We were fortunate to have known Bill and will never forget him. We share two wonderful grandchildren with Bill. We were blessed when Jamie married our son Sonny and we got to know all of Jamie's family. Bill was such a great guy and we will miss him. Our love to Laura, Scott, Jamie, Sonny, Laura Irma and Christopher Liam.

I was blessed to work with Mac at Kelly AFB. From my first day in the Foreign Military Sales division, he was an invaluable source of technical support as well as a genuine colleague and friend. I will never forget his laugh and wonderful sense of humor--oh how we laughed, especially during our "lunch bunch" sessions! My prayers and condolences to Laura and the family. Rita Fox Duggan

To Bill's family: I was one of the fortunate people to know Bill at Kelly AFB. He was a warm and generous person and I was glad to have known him.

I worked for Mr. McCutcheon for many years at Kelly AFB. I am so sad to hear of his passing. I will never forget him - he encuraged me to believe in myself and my abilities and to reach for greater heights. I pray that God will provide your family with peace and comfort during this difficult time. God bless you all.
