I was blessed to work with Mac at Kelly AFB. From my first day in the Foreign Military Sales division, he was an invaluable source of technical support as well as a genuine colleague and friend. I will never forget his laugh and wonderful sense of humor--oh how we laughed, especially during our "lunch bunch" sessions! My prayers and condolences to Laura and the family. Rita Fox Duggan

"Mr. Mac" played such an important role in so many people's lives and careers. He always encouraged us to be the best we could be...made us see that the pettiness was not productive to reaching the goal. Though it has been many years since I had him personally giving me support, I always think of his words when I face obstacles. No matter how intense work became, there was never a doubt that Bill's focus was on God and his family...many times he used his mother as an example of how enterprising women can be...he talked with pride of Laura's accomplishments in the education field...and always put his children before himself. I am very priveledged to have had the opportunity to work with Bill and will never, ever forget him. My condolescences to his family and loved ones.

I worked with Mr McCutcheon at Kelly several years ago. His optimism and great attitude about his cancer gave me the courage to face and conquer my own battle with breast cancer. He was a spitfire here on earth and I don't see him being anything else in heaven!!

I will never forget him - he encuraged me to believe in myself and my abilities and to reach for greater heights.
