Not sure what to say?

I know that you are walking in the light and peace that only the Lord can provide. May your love ones here on this earth take refuge in the knowledge that you are in heaven.

A God fearing man that will truly be missed. Praying for the McGhee family.

A man with a heart for God, family and country!

Sept 1984

Our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to Elva, the children and the entire family. Bill was my classmate in the 162nd session of the Border Patrol Academy in Glynco Georgia. We both entered on duty at the Freer Station as trainees and spent many hours working together until 1987. As a trainee, Bill and Elva opened up their home to me and I lived with them until I was able to move my family to Freer four months later. Bill was truly special. For that, I will be forever grateful. ...

Our deepest condolences go out to David, Elva, and the entire McGhee family. Bill was a great man of God and always had a joyous & peaceful presence about him. The entire family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for your leadership over the years. Many of us learned a lot from you.

Thank you Bill for all your advice and when I needed a good friend to lean on when in time of need. Your prayers helped me over a rough patch for which I will always be grateful. May you rest in everlasting peace.

Thank you Bill for all your kindness, compassion and leadership. May you Rest in peace & may GOD bless your family. Keep our brothers and sisters in LE safe. Farewell

My sincere condolences to the family of Mr. McGhee. I knew him as such, because I was his PT instructor at the Border Patrol Academy and had to address our trainees as such. He was one of my success stories. He was a hard worker and achieved a great goal by graduating from the academy. I last saw him in Harlingen many years ago. May he rest in peace.
