Bill was a devoted Kiwanian as early as 1975 on... He was full of humor, love for his fellow man. God has a great worker now that Bill is there. It would take several pages to describe him and all that he performed. And when I said "perform" I meant when he got in front of and audience, no matter how many, he was center of humor, sharp quips, information.
