Bill was a devoted Kiwanian as early as 1975 on... He was full of humor, love for his fellow man. God has a great worker now that Bill is there. It would take several pages to describe him and all that he performed. And when I said "perform" I meant when he got in front of and audience, no matter how many, he was center of humor, sharp quips, information. God bless you Bill, thanks for sharing your life with your friends.
