Shocked! Just spoke with him several times, phone & in person. Recently took Mono Rail in Vegas from MGM to Flamingo to spend an afternoon with him. Although both from La Crosse, a chance meeting at a stop sign in Key West, started a life long friendship. Bill had a unique soul, loved the Stones, loved feeding the animals at Pettibone, loved his soul mate, loved life...he had it figured out. R.I.P. Bill
