Justin and family, Attended a local basketball game last Friday, and I thought I saw your father there. On second glance, I realized it wasn't him. Jess, JT and the rest of Bill´s family I am so very sorry to hear that Bill has passed away. He was not only a friend to me, but a mentor. He personified teamwork, and his love of the Mets was always entertaining. I `ll remember his dedication to the City of Allentown, his knowledge of the history of the police department and most importantly his pride in his kids. Rest well Billy

Justin, Jessica , and family, Condolences for the loss of the strength and soul of your family. Your father and I commiserated about rearing our young kids and teens many times. We shared parenting tips and the joys you brought him as you matured. Above all your was a wonderful teacher, mentor, and friend many rookie and veterans alike... he taught a lot by the way he walked professionally for the good of all.
