I got to be friends with Bill, when he was going with my best friend (Linda Krebs) in high school. She asked me to keep an eye on him while she was on summer vacation with her parents. We rode around in Stan's black V-W bug... the rest is history. I married Bill shortly after his tour of Nam and discharge from the army. We were married a year, but ended up traveling different paths, we divorced a year later. However, he was all that was mentioned in in his obituary. He was a sweet, funny guy...

Bill n I played in the band at Columbia for years! He was a great friend and trumpet player! He will be miss by MANY OF USAT CHS. Rest in peace dear friend!

I´ll never forget the midnight runs to Pirate Island on lower Saranac Lake and the marathon backalley bridge games in Bills´ apt on State St in Albany.

I went to the East Greenbush Methodist Church. When I was 11 Bill and his wife were our sunday school teachers. He was the coolest guy. Up until then we always had older church people. Him and his wife taught us things as well as took us on outings. Years late I ran into him when I worked at Stewards and he was a mechanic. We talked for awhile.
