Read MoreIt was my privilege to play basketball for Bill at LaFarge when he was just beginning his coaching career. He always went above and beyond, to include driving us rural boys home after practice. I respected him immensely and followed his later successes from afar. I want his family to know that, though I have not lived in Wisconsin since the mid-60's, I have often reflected on how much Bill meant to me and others at LaFarge.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of babysitting at the Moran house in the 1970's and of course of the basketball team at State in 1975. Mr. Moran was a very kind soul.
