My sincere condolences. I worked with Bill and always remember his kindness. He was respected and well liked by everyone in the department and will be remembered and missed.

Dear Sheridan, I'm terribly sorry to hear of Bills passing. I'm just now hearing of it. He was the last of the Mohicans. May God hold you in the Palm of His hand. God bless, Mary Margaret and Steve .

I have so many good memories of Mr. Noonan coming to hang with my dad (Tim Costello) many of those time was to go play golf. Growing up I remember thinking he was so cool being a police officer. He cared so much for me and my family. He would always call to check on my parents periodically. He continued to do so even when my dad passed to check on my mom. He was a man that lead with his heart. Always appreciated his kindness and jokes. My Dad and him are up in heaven playing golf, cracking...
