FAIRBORN — William "Ed" Oliver age 67 went to be with Jesus on Tuesday October 02, 2025, after a long battle with lung cancer. Ed was born March 07, 1958, in Hazard, KY. Ed was one of 10 children and is preceded in death by one sibling and both parents, John and Mary Oliver. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years of marriage; Lisa and his daughters, Cheryl (Nick) Ison, Crystal (Mike) Colaric, and Danielle (Billy) Shoemaker and the children that chose him, Amy Jo Brooks, Mikey Howard and many others. He also left behind his Grandkids, Garrett Colaric, Clayton Ison, Gabriel Colaric, Ella Colaric and Taylor Ison. Ed was a dedicated, hardworking employee of over 42 years in the Aggregate Corporation. Ed's love for his family was endless. His love and guidance will be missed. Lisa and family would like to say Thank You to Affinity Care Hospice for all the care they provided. Ed had a great team and many became like family. Services for Ed will be at Tobias Funeral Home @ 3970 Dayton Xenia Rd 45432. Visitation will be held on Friday October 10, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral service will be Saturday October 11, 2025, at 9:30am followed by burial at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn.
