Billy, you were the best putter inside 10 feet I have ever met. Thank you for always making me feel welcome at Capital City Country Club. Keep an eye on my son Matthew as he joins his brother and sister at University of Florida later this year. Thank you for your friendship. May God bless you!

Judy,
It was very inspiring reading about Bill's life. He had so many of your dad's wonderful attributes. Visiting him years ago in Florida is still so vivid in my mind. May you have countless joyful memories to keep him close in your heart. Thinking of you and all of your family. Take care. Bless you. "The Owens" will forever have a special place in my heart.
