The FTD Eternal Affection Arrangement

My dad and uncles went to Randallstown High with Mr. Bill. Growing up we always went to Parks Landing for special dinners and the All you can Eats. As an adult I continued with my friends and family. Every time I would see him he would always stop to chat and ask how my family was, he was a kind man and will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Parks family. May you find peace in knowing Mr. Bill was loved by so many.

On behalf of the Martino family, we extend our sincere condolences to the family. I remember Bill could always put a smile on one's face. Fond memories.
