My dad and uncles went to Randallstown High with Mr. Bill. Growing up we always went to Parks Landing for special dinners and the All you can Eats. As an adult I continued with my friends and family. Every time I would see him he would always stop to chat and ask how my family was, he was a kind man and will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Parks family. May you find peace in knowing Mr. Bill was loved by so many.

Went to High School with Bill and was a fellow Randallstowner. Bill always had a smile on his face and had time for everyone. He was a quiet teddy bear of a guy and was instantly likable. My condolence and prayers go out to all of his family and friends. He will be remembered and missed!

Dear Sandy and family, I was shocked to hear of Bill's passing. He was truly one of the good guys I grew up with. His dry sense of humor and quick wit made him such a joy to be around. He will be missed by all of us who knew him. May you have good memories for comfort, friends for their support and smiles to ease your sorrow. Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Much love, Scott
