I have often wondered what happended to my 6th grade teacher at Mr. Spurr. Mr. Perdue was incredible and believed in me. I was fine being a semi-student, getting into trouble and not having any responsibility until Mr. Perdue told my parents that I was bored and was probably gifted. My parents had me tested and viola...here I am today, a math and science certified teacher of 6th grade in Georgia. Mr. Perdue gave us lots of memories. Wanda, My thoughts are with you at this difficult time in your life. I fully believe that he has never completely left you when his presence is in your heart... Always. I know that your memories and years shared together will forever guide you in peace and strength.

We are sorry for your loss of Ron. I am glad I got to know him a little bit and spend some time with him in Alaska. He was a wonderful tour guide and I have fond memories of my visits with you all.

Wanda, words can't express how one feels in the loss of a spouse. I know your heart is hurting. Know that we are here for you as you walk down this road. Ron was a wonderful man and I so enjoyed spending time talking to him. We are here for you, now, and hope that you will let us help you as you learn new roads to walk. We love you very much! Ron served his life well during his tenure here on earth, and gently touched the lives of so many, including ours.
