My name is Florence Mckeever and I met Bill at the USPS and he made everyone welcome. He was my union representative and when he resigned as union representative he put me in his position as union representative of Arlington South. Everyone was family to Bill and we loved him. Me and a group of letter carriers meet every month and they went to see Bill I did not go because I moved out of state he will be missed. Bill earned his wings to heaven. So sorry for your loss.

Awh Mr.Bill I´m gonna miss you my buddy. You were such a sweet person and always smiling. We miss you at Lorien, take your rest and my prayers to the Peyton family.

Peyton was my first supervisor(204b) in September of 1988 When I first came into the post office. He later became a great friend, that was thoughtful and a good guy along with his wife Jackie. I will always treasure the friendship. Peyton men thanks for sharing your parents with us and you can always contact me if you need anything. May God comfort you and send a spirit of peace to you.
