William Peyton Obituary
Known to his friends and family as Bill, Bumper, Uncle William or just Peyton passed on December 29, 2024, at the age of 77.
Predeceased by his wife Jacqueline Peyton, he is survived by three sons, three daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren, other family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Mt. Olive Baptist Church 1601 South 13th Road Arlington, VA, 22204 on Wednesday January 8, 2025 10 a.m.

My name is Florence Mckeever and I met Bill at the USPS and he made everyone welcome. He was my union representative and when he resigned as union representative he put me in his position as union representative of Arlington South. Everyone was family to Bill and we loved him. Me and a group of letter carriers meet every month and they went to see Bill I did not go because I moved out of state he will be missed. Bill earned his wings to heaven. So sorry for your loss.

Peyton was my first supervisor(204b) in September of 1988
When I first came into the post office. He later became a great friend, that was thoughtful and a good guy along with his wife Jackie. I will always treasure the friendship. Peyton men thanks for sharing your parents with us and you can always contact me if you need anything. May God comfort you and send a spirit of peace to you.
