Not sure what to say?

I was in Billy's graduating class at MHS 1966. Even though we have lost touch over the years, the mere mention of his name brings a smile. I remember him as fun loving, kind, and a good friend. He was always willing to listen to a friend. He was a member of a great group of guys. Life was good. Good bye old friend. Rest in peace.

My sophomore year at MHS was dominated by two people. Wano Filback because I went out for football and Billy Pillarella who drove a four-door Ford Station wagon who I met when I made the team. He was always smiling and we made friends immediately. Went to many drive-in movies in that station wagon with Billy, Mike Mastergeorge, Jimmy Gorman, and Bruce Le Doux. I am so sad to hear of the passing of such a fun-loving character and friend.

Janet and Family,
My heart is saddened to hear of the passing of Billy. He was my friend, Mentor and go to guy when I needed advice as a Politician or friend. I enjoyed our phone conversations from time to time and me trying to get Janet and Billy to come visit us in Florida (I knew he wouldn't budge) but I had fun just trying. Thanks for all the good times Billy, I have you to thank for so much in my life and my family.
See you on the other side my Brother, Rest in Peace.

My sweet husband, my best friend... Our journey in life has ended but your memory will live on in my heart forever. You were kind, thoughtful, and always protective of the family. I will forever remember your smile. You are in heaven with our son now, please give him a kiss for me and tell him how I miss him dearly. Our loving daughter and grandchildren are holding me together, it’s so very hard to say goodbye to the man I love. God Bless You and may you Rest In Peace now. Until we meet...

Janet, my heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

I knew everyone in the Pillarella
Family. I too went to MacDonough School and MHS.
MaryAnn was the only girl with all the boisterous, nice brothers. RIP BILLY. Somewhere over the rainbow way up high, You will be with your family. The Lord is waiting.
Condolences to your wife,
Children and grandchildren.
Everyone has all good thoughts
About you. God Bless

Dad.. you have always been my person.. you taught me everything.. how to paint, mow a lawn, seal a driveway, fix broken things around the house, how to check my oil, even though I never do lol.. and you taught me how to cook. I’ll never share your sauce recipe I promise!! But most of all you taught me how to fight and be strong. I will never forget our lunch dates and when you bought me my first pair of Nikes after mom said no! Enjoy your time now with BJ and tell him how much I love and miss...

Very sorry to receive thus news via Butch D'Amato. High school brother in AOT, and team mate on MHS Football team.
Keep the memories of a good person, and a life we'll lived.

So sorry to hear of your loss Janet please accept my condolences.
