Dear Harry, Dollie, and the entire Ray family, I was very sorry to read in today´s CT Post that Bill had passed away. Bill was a very special person and a really great guy. He was a very good friend to my late husband, Dave. Many times, Bill kept Dave working doing various carpentry jobs for Lacey Mfg. which my husband really appreciated. Bill was always the life of the party. We all enjoyed years of boating, fishing, laughing, and antics. Bill embraced everything he did and strived for perfection. Calm seas my friend!
