Bill Rhoades was just such a nice man. He was quiet, but kind, and I was happy to see him every day he visited Concord Public Library. Sadly I just got to know him the tiniest bit at the end of his life. But I always sensed the kindness and deep beliefs he carried. I just loved seeing him come in. One, it was a testament to his determination to live his life to the fullest he could, for as long as he could. And two, most days I could coax a quiet smile out of him and sometimes even a...

I would like to share my deepest sympathy to the family members of Bill. Surely we can all rejoice in knowing that God has welcomed Bill home and He has already spoken to Bill and said "Enter in and job well done." I only spoke with Bill several times, but those times were in regards to him helping those who had gotten out of prison and were starting a new life in Christ. I am sure there were those who let the Lord and Bill down, but there were also those men who became men of God, who served...
