Bill Rhoades was just such a nice man. He was quiet, but kind, and I was happy to see him every day he visited Concord Public Library. I would like to share my deepest sympathy to the family members of Bill. Surely we can all rejoice in knowing that God has welcomed Bill home and He has already spoken to Bill and said "Enter in and job well done." I only spoke with Bill several times, but those times were in regards to him helping those who had gotten out of prison and were starting a new life in Christ. Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about Bill's death, and yet so happy to know that he is now with his beloved Jesus. Your faith and Bill's have been an inspiration to many including us.
