Not sure what to say?

Dear Billie and all my nephews and family,
I am so thankful for my brother and all that he has meant to me. What a loss for all of us. For me, he was the last connection to Dad and the early family life that I never knew because Dad died so young. I will miss our conversations and visits. I will miss his smile and his laugh. I will miss his stories... and he knew a lot of them. He knew about Grandpa and Grandma Tolley and all the hard growing up we had to do. He knew about Grandma...

what a loss..who will cook for camp!! Love and Prayers to all the family.

I just learned of Bill Rhode's homegoing through reading Marc and Sara's Blog. Lots of memories come crowding back to me as it was always a joy to see him and Mrs. Rhodes each Sunday morning at church. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

Im very sorry about this loss. This man, was my pastors father. I didnt know much about him, but to have a child such as pastor, he must be a great man. God bless your family, friends, and others that took loss to this death. But remember always, Be of good cheer for only his worldly body is dead, his spirit is still alive, and he has finally gotten to meet the king!

Just wanted to say I love you grandma and I know that we will see are hero soon! I want to thank you and grandpa for raising my father the way you did I see a lot of my dad in grandpa (oh boy). Well just wanted to say that I LOVE YOU!

I would like to personally thank God for the life of William Rhodes. Words cannot express my sympathy for this loss. He raised two great servants of God in Marc and Jeff Rhodes, two men who greatly influence my life. I will be eternally grateful for the life of William Rhodes.

We were very sorry to hear about your loss. Your family remains in our thoughts and prayers.
We love you.

Uncle Bill was a man for all ages, a "real man" we need more of so desperately today. He had a reverence for life about him that was never suspect, because he was "real." He could give his opinion in any circumstance - "telling it like it is" - because he was "real." You always knew where you stood with him, and he always made you aware without ever having to verbalize it that you could count on him no matter what, because he was "real." He could be a friend to anyone of any age because...

Thinking of y'all and praying for you in this time of pain...It's been several years since my family moved away from down there...but I've always remembered y'alls dad/grandad and mom/grandmom...they were wonderful people and always kind to me...Love and Prayers to all the family...
