It is with heavy heart I have learned of Uncle Bill going "PCS" (Permanent Change of Station), to be with the LORD. The photo was taken 17th January, 2021 as he helped me straighten the flag poles in front of his home where he has flown the Flag of the USA and US Marine Corps for years.
