Uncle Bill was an incredible gift to all of us blessed to know him. As a child and his god daughter, I will always remember his warmth, grace and those beautiful eyes that shined through even when his smile took over his entire face. What an incredibly beautiful man. Billy was so much more. Grew up in Hardwick and graduated from Hardwick Academy in 1948.A member of St. Norberts Parish. Graduated from St. Micheals college 1952 in Winooski Vt, and received his engineering degree from University of New Hampshire while still serving his country.
He was a humble man; only recently, for some, knowing all he did for us. A shining example for all those who served before him, with him, and those who follow him. God Bless. You will be remembered.

We are so sorry Billy is gone ... my parents (Jim & Jean Ainsworth) were very close to him ... their Air Force connection allowed them to see each other all over the world. Rick and I especially enjoyed our visits with him at Caspian and in Cape Coral.
