To the Rumsey Family
I was truly sadden to hear about the passing of Bill Rumsey. I worked with Bill at DPW/WASUA and he was a man with a gigantic heart, great spirit and personality. A family man. Bill had a kind word to share everytime you saw him. He kept a smile on our face. Truly he will be missed.
