I was saddened to hear the news of the former Governor Schaefer. You left a gift to Baltimore City, and yes we know you cared. You cared about people. You cared about Baltimore, and for that I say thank you. I know you are not gone but just away. Farewell and may you find the rest you deserve for the work you've done will speak for you. I met him twice just to say hello.
When one spoke of Balto. of course
