Its been a few years since michael and I were lucky enuff 2 stay with the family in destin..in fact their son was a toddler then..wow, im shocked and wished we all would have stayed in touch more, he was a wonderful and gracious man, we had the best time with the family during that visit. I will always remember it and smile, my sympathy and thoughts are with the family. love to all of you

Mark...I knew you, while we were gym buddies during Ole" Training Effects" days. You always worked so hard getting your abs of steel to show!! We bonded instantly. I just found out about your passing! I regret not haven't seen you in years, but your moving on, impacted me with profound sadness. It shouldn't surprise you!
