WILLIAM SMOOT

I first met Bill while employed at Northrop Services in Rosslyn, Virginia in the spring of 1984. At our first meeting, I noticed a resemblance to a Douglas Smoot of my age group whom I knew as a fellow parishioner at a church I was attending in Bethesda, Maryland.
