Bill was a good friend first and a talented coworker second. I always enjoyed his humor, benefited from his knowledge, and best of all I cherished his company. I have known Bill for more than 25 years. We both worked at Rockwell International and then at Boeing. We worked on the Space Shuttle Program. Bill was our expert and go-to guy in avionics and EMI/EMC. Bill had a great sense of humor and I always looked forward to his funny and very informational emails. He will be dearly missed.
