1932-2016
William M. Speier, 83, of the Houston/ Clear Lake Area passed away on Feb. 4, 2016. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 8th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home - Webster. Funeral Mass will follow on Tuesday, February 9th at 10:30 am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 18223 Point Lookout Drive, Nassau Bay, TX 77058. Interment will be at Houston National Cemetery.

Bill was our next door neighbor for 8 years before we moved. He was always kind, nice and patient. So calm through the clean up of Ike.

Bill was a good friend first and a talented coworker second. I always enjoyed his humor, benefited from his knowledge, and best of all I cherished his company. He was a memorable friend and a charming and dear person to all who knew him.I offer my deepest condolences to his family for their great loss. May God bless his kindred spirit and keep it shining for eternity.

I have known Bill for more than 25 years. We both worked at Rockwell International and then at Boeing. We worked on the Space Shuttle Program. Bill was our expert and go-to guy in avionics and EMI/EMC. Bill had a great sense of humor and I always looked forward to his funny and very informational emails. He will be dearly missed.
