I HAVE NOT FORGETTEN YOU BILL. I HAVE THOUGHT OF YOU MANY TIMES. I REMEMBER WHEN YOU AND PAO, AND LITTLE BILLY LIVED IN LAKEWOOD. I REMEMBER WHEN BILLY MOVED TO INGLEWOOD, IN MY PATROL ZONE. EVERYTIME I DROVE BY HIS HOUSE , I LAUGHED AT THAT DINASOUR IN HIS YARD. NOW TO YOUR WIFE, AND FAMILY---POA, HE IS NOT FORGOTTEN, I WILL NEVER FORGET BILL, HE WAS SPECIAL, HE LOVED HIS FAMILY !!!!!

I'm Bill's kid sister we were teenagers together The pastor who spoke at the funeral is a childhood friend He asked if we could take a pill to erase all the pain 'but also erases all the memories would we take it the anwser is a great big no I don't feel like the pain is ever going to let up but though faith and the Holy Spirit I know it will ease but the memories and seeing his face and hearing him call me Dear I wouldn't give up for anything thank all of his friends for all the love they...

Bill was a very special friend who was always there for me. I met him when I was doing a intership with metro from Belmont. He always had a smile and hug. When my grandfather passed away he was one of the first officers to come to the funeral home and he also came to the funeral. He was like a big brother to me and I will always have a smile place in my heart for him. Bill please tell Mommy & E.J Bernard hello for me and let them know I am ok.
I willmiss you. Rest in Peace. Love,Pia
