Bill was a very special friend who was always there for me. I met him when I was doing a intership with metro from Belmont. He always had a smile and hug. When my grandfather passed away he was one of the first officers to come to the funeral home and he also came to the funeral. He was like a big brother to me and I will always have a smile place in my heart for him. Bill please tell Mommy & E.J Bernard hello for me and let them know I am ok.
I willmiss you. Rest in Peace. Love,Pia

I'd ring the neighborhood Good Morning bell that Ellen and I built on top of our barn and from across the hollow Bill would ring his reply... fun times. Bill was the perfect neighbor. It feels good to sit back and reflect on what a good man you'll always be in my mind.
So long, Charlie Klebenow
